General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and kg89 (hereinafter "kg89", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). By accessing kg89.ws, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of kg89.ws immediately. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of whether they have registered an account or are browsing as a guest.

kg89 provides online casino gaming, live dealer games, sports betting, and related entertainment services to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. All services are provided for entertainment purposes only. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers.

Definitions

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on kg89, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. kg89 operates a strict 18+ policy across all markets, including Bangladesh. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately suspended and any balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction in which access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on kg89 or any other related platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of kg89 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or payment method identity — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

kg89 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and payment method ownership at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or mobile wallet statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

Account Obligations

Once registered, each Player is responsible for the security and activity of their own account. The following obligations apply to all registered Players on the kg89 platform:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one active account on kg89. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, kg89 will close all but one account at its sole discretion, and any bonus funds or winnings obtained through the use of multiple accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Credential Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username, password, and OTP verification codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kg89 staff will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. Any activity carried out on your account while logged in — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have previously notified kg89 of a security breach.

3.3 Accurate Account Information

Players must ensure that all personal information held on their account — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — remains accurate and up to date at all times. To update account information, contact the kg89 support team at [email protected]. kg89 reserves the right to verify updated information before processing any withdrawals.

3.4 Notification of Security Breaches

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify kg89 immediately by contacting [email protected]. kg89 will take prompt action to investigate and, where appropriate, lock the account pending a full security review.

Deposits & Withdrawals

kg89 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT; no foreign currency conversion is applied on the platform side.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on your account verification level. Details are displayed in the account deposit section.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the corresponding mobile wallet transaction is confirmed — typically within a few minutes.
• Only deposit from a mobile wallet that is registered in your own name. Depositing from third-party wallets is strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.
• kg89 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own service charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) used to make the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to identity and payment verification checks.
• kg89 reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold determined by the platform's risk management team.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or mobile wallets not registered in the Player's own name.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will not be included in the withdrawable balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

kg89 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for any given bonus will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as real money.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• kg89 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if it reasonably suspects that the bonus is being exploited or abused.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money balance in gameplay unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players registering on kg89 may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The specific percentage match, maximum bonus amount in BDT, and wagering requirements applicable to the welcome bonus are published on the promotions page of kg89.ws and are subject to change. kg89 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Seasonal & Event Promotions

kg89 periodically runs promotions tied to major sporting events (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and FIFA tournaments) and cultural occasions in Bangladesh such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Such promotions are governed by their own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on kg89 are governed by the general rules set out in this section, together with any sport-specific or game-specific rules published elsewhere on the platform. In the event of a conflict between general rules and sport/game-specific rules, the sport/game-specific rules shall prevail.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be changed.
• kg89 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed after an event has already started (where in-play betting is not offered) or where the outcome is already known at the time of placement.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. In general, bets on abandoned matches will be voided and stakes returned unless a minimum period of play (as defined in the sport-specific rules) has elapsed.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• kg89 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of pricing errors or irregular betting patterns.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino Games

• All casino games on kg89 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules displayed within the game interface.
• All RNG (random number generator) games use certified random number generation systems that have been independently tested for fairness.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional dealer studios. In the unlikely event of a technical disruption during a live game, the round may be voided and stakes returned at the discretion of the game provider.
• Players accept that the results of all games are final once confirmed by the game system, subject to dispute resolution procedures outlined in Section 6.3 below.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement or game result, Players must contact kg89 support at [email protected] within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. kg89 will review all disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of kg89's risk and trading team is final in all matters relating to bet settlement, subject to escalation procedures where applicable.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kg89 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the kg89 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to obscure the origin of funds through wagering activity.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports bet.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts, use of automated software, or other methods designed to circumvent the intended terms of a promotion.
• Hacking and Technical Exploitation: Attempting to access the platform's systems, databases, or software in an unauthorised manner, or exploiting any technical error or vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback or dispute requests with a mobile wallet provider after funds have been credited and used on the platform.
• Underage Gambling: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to the kg89 platform by a person under the age of 18.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their kg89 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, kg89 will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance (subject to identity verification) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

8.2 Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — may do so by contacting [email protected] and stating that the closure request is for responsible gaming purposes. kg89 will action such requests with priority and will not send marketing communications to players who have self-excluded. 8.3 Suspension and Closure by kg89

kg89 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a requested timeframe.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Duplicate account activity.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at kg89 staff.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is suspended or closed by kg89 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, kg89 reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with its anti-fraud and anti-money laundering policies.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kg89 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption. kg89's total aggregate liability to any single Player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through kg89's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration in a jurisdiction determined by kg89 at its discretion. By agreeing to these Terms, Players waive any right to bring claims in a class action or representative proceeding.
